Mr. Herman Tang, graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in sociology and minoring in translation. During his studies, he was an editor of the Chinese University Student Press. After graduation, he worked as a news reporter and a government administrative officer.
Mr. Tang is keen to participate in public affairs. He has participated in a number of judicial review cases, including representing prisoners to successfully fight for the voting rights conferred by the Basic Laws. He also participated in the affairs of corporations and property management, and personally attended the lawsuits of the Land Tribunal for many times, and explained the laws related to building property management to District Councils and District Offices.
