Mr. Herman Sung graduated from the Chinese University in 1983. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. In 1994, he qualified as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia, and in 1996, he was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.

In 2009, Mr. Sung became a China-Appointed Attesting Officer and now primarily handles attestation matters for use in Mainland China.
