Mr. Herman Sung graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1983. Subsequently, Herman obtained LLB at University of London and LLM at University of Sydney. In 1994, Herman was admitted as Solicitor in the State of New South Wales in Australia. Later in 1996, He was admitted as solicitor in Hong Kong.

In 2009, Herman became the China-Appointed Attesting Officers. Currently, his main practice area is on Chinese Attesting Services.
