Our Mr Chong Yip Fung Recognised at HKFWS Mediation Service Recognition Ceremony
On 11 July 2026, our Mr Chong Yip Fung attended the “Mediation Across the City for 25 Years” Mediation Service Recognition Ceremony organised by the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society (“HKFWS”), where he received recognition for his support of and contribution to mediation services and the promotion of a harmonious society.
The ceremony was officiated by the Honourable Paul Lam Ting-kwok, GBS, SC, JP, Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Approximately 500 guests and participants attended the event to review and celebrate the important milestones achieved by HKFWS in advancing mediation services over the past 25 years.
Over the years, HKFWS has actively promoted family mediation, peer mediation in primary and secondary schools, and community mediation services, reflecting its commitment to and vision for building a harmonious society. During the ceremony, recognition was also presented to peer mediators from more than 30 primary and secondary schools, volunteer lawyers, volunteer mediators, as well as schools and trained families that have supported mediation services.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr Chong Yip Fung on receiving this recognition. The honour not only reflects his dedication to professional service and community engagement, but also demonstrates our firm’s commitment to encouraging constructive dialogue, resolving disputes effectively, and contributing to a more harmonious society.
