Mr. Herman Tang completed his undergraduate studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Translation. He took part in The Chinese University Student Press during his undergraduate studies. After graduation, he first worked at a news company, and was later employed as the Administration Officer at Hong Kong Government. Subsequent, Herman read law at University of London, and became a solicitor thereafter.

Herman is passionate about public affairs, and has taken part in several landmark judicial review cases in Hong Kong, including: -
1. Representing the prisoners and successfully fight for their constitutional right to vote during while serving sentence at prisons.
2. Representing residents residing in Hong Kong for a continuous period of less than 7 years for their rights to apply for Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (which was adjudicated at the Court of Final Appeal)

Apart from judicial review, Herman has been providing professional services on matters in relation to owners’ corporation and building management. He has experience on appearing before the Land Tribunal. From time to time, Herman also gives talks on the law of building management to the District Council and the Home Affairs Department.

Mr. Patrick Chow had worked at the Department of Justice and the Legal Aid Department of the Hong Kong Government for years before he obtained his Bachelor of Laws at the University of London. Thereafter, he was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.

Patrick is dedicated to serving the community. He has been invited as guest speaker from time to time for social welfare organizations on family law and ancillary (e.g. Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre, S.H.K Holy Carpenter Church Community Centre, Hong Kong Social Workers’ General Union).
