Bruce is a lecturer at Gratia Christian College, Hong Kong and the Department of Social Work of Caritas Institute of Higher Education, Hong Kong, instructing the subject “Social Work and Law”. He has been appointed as the legal advisor of various charities. Bruce is the partner of Tang, Wong & Chow and a civil celebrant.
