Mr. Patrick Chow had worked at the Department of Justice and the Legal Aid Department of the Hong Kong Government for years before he obtained his Bachelor of Laws at the University of London. Thereafter, he was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.

Patrick is dedicated to serving the community. He has been invited as guest speaker from time to time for social welfare organizations on family law and ancillary (e.g. Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre, S.H.K Holy Carpenter Church Community Centre, Hong Kong Social Workers’ General Union). Also, Patrick often provides legal consultation at the People Service Centre of ADPL on a pro-bono basis.
